• HD DOOR PRO door control card provides full control over the motor with 4-zone motor control and dual channel high-resolution encoder input as hardware.

• It allows rapid but smooth movements in door movements with its algorithm that does not require S softening and limit switches on travel ramps.

• In order to work fully integrated with control panels, it can give door fully opened, fully closed and jam/fatocell detected contact outputs.

• No limit switch is required for door operator operation. Door width, door open-closed positions are automatically detected.

• In case of door jam, it is opened again with an audible warning. Passing through the jammed area at a slow speed prevents damage to passengers and the door.

• Door operation can be monitored with the Open/Close counter.

• With the slow speed signal input, the doors are closed at slow speed and with an audible warning by ignoring the photocell signal in long-term photocell cuts.

• The batteries are charged by the card. With the battery support, the card goes to sleep after the emergency door opening, preventing the batteries from completely discharging.

• If the elevator is not in the door opening area with the floor signal, the doors are kept closed up to the floor level in battery-powered floor bringing systems.

• Parameters that provide application flexibility such as motor reduction ratio, motor speed, drive pulley circumference, spoon opening area can be entered for manufacturers.

• Speed ​​settings defined in centimeters/seconds and ramp paths defined in centimeters can be determined for user settings.

• It can operate with 2 12V battery support or external 24VDC supply in power outages. The emergency supply type can be easily selected with the jumper on the card.

• It is suitable for use in fire elevator doors.

• Door open and close holding pressure, door jam detection pressure can be adjusted according to need.

• Access to the menu is authorized for security, necessary needs and ease of settings.

• Different authorizations are assigned for access to the menu: producer level, basic level and limited level.
